What can I expect from each personal training session?An intense individualized progressive program based on your current health conditions, goals and your physical abilities. Included but not limited to the following: Balance and Core Training, Strength Training, Flexibility and Cardio.
Will I be sore after working out?Yes, most people feel some soreness after the first couple of workouts. After that point, it is slight to moderate soreness.
What if I have a health condition?
Client safety is always our top priority point blank. Depending on the condition it may require a physician's consent to participate in any physical activity with Blueprint 2 Fitness, LLC. We also have some health forms and questionnaires that need to be completed prior to any physical activity with Blueprint 2 Fitness, LLC.
What equipment do I need?
If you have some equipment at home that'll be great, if not that's fine as well. We can provide everything you need to get a good workout.
