All of our prices listed below are for 1 hour individual sessions. We here at Blueprint 2 Fitness try to make fitness affordable and available to everyone. We accept cash, checks, credit cards and debit cards. You can pay all at once, or in installments as you go.

- Individualized workout plan: $35
- Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and Self Myofascial Release – 1/2 hour: $35
- Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and Self Myofascial Release – 1 hour: $65
