Blueprint 2 Fitness has changed the lives of many clients with our fitness blueprints and we would like to share their stories with you. We have one question for you: "Do you have a Blueprint 2 Fitness?" Here are the stories of some of our clients.


I have been working out for years using the same routine (treadmill, free weights & stair climber) & achieving limited success. I have been told that I am in great shape for a man my age, 49, but frankly I would like to be in great shape for a man half my age. Until I met Seymour, I did not think that was going to be possible.

I have only worked with him once a week for the last 6 or 7 weeks but the results have been amazing. I have lost 10 pounds, my clothes fit better, muscle definition is returning and my vertical leap (for volleyball) has improved 3 or 4 inches.

Seymour is always upbeat and encouraging, he keeps me motivated and no matter how tough the workout it is always enjoyable. The workouts are always challenging and varied and I am having more fun than ever and seeing the kind of results I have always hoped for.

Recently got engaged and with a wedding to plan, my first terrifying thought was that my wedding gown would reveal the extra pounds I had gained since I stopped exercising months ago. The long hours at work accompanied with late meals just before bed had taken a toll on my body. With my wedding two months away and friends coming to the wedding who I had not seen in years, I needed help and quick to get me back in shape. I knew then that this would require more than my own determination. I was very fortunate that my friend Seymour offered to become my personal trainer. We began discussing my realistic expectations. Shortly after that Seymour designed a fitness program that would allow me to lose the unwanted weight in a healthful way. I began training one hour a day, four times a week for two months. One key component to the success of this plan was to keep a food journal. With Seymour every training session was a total surprise. The workouts were fun and never a dull moment. Within the first month into the program, not only did I begin to lose weight, but also my level of energy went up. I was able to sleep better at night. By the end of the second month, my coworkers had noticed my weight loss. To my surprise, in two months, I had a total body loss of 7¾ inches. I owe this remarkable transformation to Seymour who gave me the confidence to reach my goal in just two months. Needless to say, my wedding day came and I looked great in my wedding gown. Even my friends commented that I looked the same as five years ago!!

My entire life through college, I had always been a very active and athletic person, but I did not have the best of eating habits. When I joined the working world 6 years ago, I began to exercise much less but kept up with my bad eating habits. At times, I would try to pick it back up but I wasn't able to drop the weight I had put on. When I did exercise, it would help me to maintain that current weight which was nice, but I wanted to see more results. I had always just stuck to running or cardio and that just wasn't doing the trick. I finally had heard about Seymour from a friend that had been going to boot camp and decided that my New Year's resolution would be to start going to Seymour's boot camps. I started attending the camps on January 5th. I would go once a week and twice when I could on and since then have lost 19lbs. My clothes feel so much more comfortable now and are actually becoming a bit baggy. I have a lot more muscle tone and it's also nice to hear people comment about how much more fit I look. Seymour has been a very positive force that has helped me to reach my goals. He keeps everyone in class going with an upbeat attitude and does not have that negative or in your face approach that others might have. I always look forward to the weekends when I know that I am going to head in for a workout with Seymour. In addition to class, Seymour has given me a lot of good tips and tricks to fix my eating habits. He checks in to see how everything is coming along and sends emails with articles with good information. I have cut out a lot of the negative foods that I used to eat and have learned to keep my metabolism going throughout the day by fueling it with small and healthy snacks. I truly believe that Seymour has helped me to reach my weight loss and health goals and recommend that anyone looking to do the same should look into his training and insight.

I met with Seymour Davis to be my personal trainer on 07/21/08. I have been going to him starting since 07/28/08. I go to him twice a week. I checked the scale about 2 weeks ago, and I had lost 16 lbs. I have been working out for years with different gyms and programs, however I have not lost the weight or inches that I have lost since working out with Seymour. Seymour is a great trainer. He is very upbeat, and he makes sure that you get a work out in. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is serious about losing weight and working out. I have been working out at military fitness center for quite some years and have observed and known Seymour for quite some years, we have engaged in some one and one training, and have share some great points/ideas of fitness training. I'm quite sure that you have gone thru some turning points and moments of stagnation in your exercises routines, I have. With the sharing and the friendship that we have developed I ask Seymour to engage some of that training ethics to soldiers (approx. 28 soldiers) who trains with me. We And the impression that the group had is that it was completely different from the regular routine, I personally use some of his routines in the training plan for the soldiers and we all agree that we have seen some changes... It is a pleasure to have someone who is so passionate and will share\train with others to meet the goals. I will be planning to schedule Seymour to instruct my Company thru one of his boot camp training sessions. I'm quite sure we will benefit from this. I'm looking forward to the changes that this will bring to our lives.

Seymour is an extraordinary individual. His knowledge base regarding fitness and wellness is immense and he brings with it the most positive attitude. I've been working out with him for 2 years now and I'm still learning from him. Results are real and he consistently reminds me, "it's your workout". He employs a gentle push which sets me in the mode to work hard and to push myself. His workouts are always original and creative and I love how I can never even guess what's coming next! There's never a dull or disappointing moment with Seymour. He's the best!
